Terms of Sale
1. The seller
Xseox Marketing Adam Kwiatkowski

NIP (VAT ID): 9730825516
Email: kontakt@xseox.pl · Product support: ai@wpoptima.com
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the sale of a WpOptima licence through this website. WpOptima is digital content: a WordPress plugin delivered as a file, together with a licence key that unlocks its premium modules. There is nothing physical to ship.
Placing an order means you accept these terms. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing here limits rights you have under Polish or EU law.
3. What you get
A WpOptima Pro licence is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin, including:
- installation on an unlimited number of WordPress sites that you own or administer, including client sites;
- all premium modules that ship with the plugin at any given time;
- updates for as long as the product exists, at no extra charge;
- email support at ai@wpoptima.com.
The licence does not expire and there is no renewal fee.
4. What you may not do
- resell, sublicense, rent or publish the licence key;
- distribute the plugin as your own product or as part of a paid bundle;
- remove or bypass the licence check.
If a key is published or shared publicly we may block it. Before doing so we will contact you at the email address on the order.
5. Price and payment
The licence costs $75 in the English shop and 299 zł in the Polish one, paid once. Prices shown on the site include VAT unless stated otherwise. The transaction is settled in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment is handled by external providers: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland) for card payments, and in the Polish shop also Paynow, the payment service of mBank S.A. (ul. Prosta 18, 00-850 Warsaw, Poland), for BLIK and bank transfers. Your card details go straight to the provider — we never see or store them. A VAT invoice is issued on request — give your company name and VAT ID during checkout or write to kontakt@xseox.pl.
6. Delivery
After the payment is confirmed, the licence key is sent automatically to the email address given in the order, normally within a few minutes, along with a download link and activation instructions. If nothing arrives within an hour, check the spam folder and then write to ai@wpoptima.com.
7. System requirements
WpOptima needs WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.0 or newer. The optional AI assistants additionally need your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. All other features work without any external account.
8. Conformity and complaints
We are liable for the digital content being in conformity with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If the plugin does not work as described, write to ai@wpoptima.com with your licence key, the WordPress and PHP versions, and a description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days.
If we cannot bring the product into conformity, you may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which for digital content is subject to specific conditions. On top of that we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are described on the Returns and Withdrawal page.
10. Disputes
We would rather solve any problem by email. A consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the provincial trade inspection authorities and the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Using them is voluntary for both sides.
11. Governing law and changes
Polish law applies, which does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. We may change these terms for the future; orders already placed are always settled under the terms in force when they were made.
